How we publish validation status (without headline numbers)

Buyers of protective materials for buried concrete are used to big numbers: protection percentages, service-life years, and certificate badges on a datasheet.

On sub-lay.com we publish a validation status table instead: what is ready, what is in progress, and what is still on the roadmap. Each row has a short note so you can scope a job without guessing what sits behind a headline figure.

Why we use status labels

A percentage only helps when the method, lab, and time base are shared. Finnish DSOs and their contractors need to know what they can scope today versus what is still running.

The SubLay C product page keeps a short readiness list. Each row has an item, a status label, and a plain note. We update the labels when the work moves. Rows stay empty or marked in progress until there is something concrete to point to.

Quantified corrosion-rate reduction, quantified service-life extension, and formal conformity marks appear on the table only when that work is complete and we can describe it in the note. Early feasibility work and partnership discussions stay off the table until there is a published result or a scope you can rely on.

In words:

• Form 1 product and placement method is ready to scope with partners. Clear placement around the buried structure. No change to the concrete mix design.

• Independent EU laboratory programme is in progress with a third-party accredited path. Results are shared when published.

• Utility and contractor pilots are open. We take requests for poles, foundations, substations, chambers, and other buried concrete. Completed Finnish field programmes will be reflected on the table when they exist.

• Construction-product conformity (the CE route for the material) is on the roadmap.

• Circular feedstock qualification is on the roadmap. Until that path is clear for a given placement, virgin-mineral grade is available.

If a row is still running or planned, the label says so.

How to read the table as a buyer

Use the table to decide what you can scope now.

• If you need a soil-side protective bed you can place now: Form 1 method is ready; start with a pilot.

• If you need third-party lab reports in hand before any trench opens: lab work is in progress; ask us what we can share for your timeline.

• If you need a conformity mark before procurement: that path is on the roadmap; check the row before you assume the mark is in place.

• If your site rules require virgin mineral today: say so on the form; we scope grade with the pack.
